ABOUT US Great Boulder Resources Ltd is a WA-based exploration company with their head office based in West Perth. We are a close-knit team passionate about what we do, and we're looking for a skilled finance professional to join us. ABOUT THE ROLE This is a hands-on, varied role sitting at the heart of our finance function. You'll take ownership of the accounts payable and payroll operations, as well as supporting the business across a broad range of financial and administrative tasks. Your responsibilities will include: • End-to-end payroll processing, superannuation and PAYG • Accounts payable and data entry • BAS preparation and lodgement • Supplier payment processing and cash management • Bank and supplier statement reconciliations • Debit card reconciliations • Invoice dispute resolution and overcharge management • Ad hoc general administration tasks and team support as required. ABOUT YOU You are a detail-oriented finance professional who takes pride in accuracy and can manage competing priorities with ease. You bring: • Minimum 2 years’ accounts payable and payroll experience; • Proficiency in Reckon Accounts (preferred); • Experience in the mineral exploration sector (preferred); • Excellent time management and attention to detail; • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; • Strong Microsoft Office skills; • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team; • A proactive, solutions-focused mindset; • Experience in accounting system migration(advantageous).
